Durante Residence is a challenge for the real estate market. Our team has proven, with every project, that even better is possible. The experience built up over the years, our unique partnerships, the ingenious solutions customized for each separate project, and a constant concern for planning and doing our work well, has been a challenge from the start.

Each apartment designed by the architectural team aimed mainly at maximasing the space and its functionality, as each square meter can be really useful. The interior space was designed both for you and for your family, focusing on harmony in combining the daytime and night-time areas with the storage and common spaces.

Resistance structure

Infrastructure: reinforced concrete walls Superstructure: composed of reinforced concrete, metal, and wood frames.

Exterior finishes

Walls: wood panelling in the walnut colour, natural stone plating on reinforced support, extruded polystyrene, in shades of beige/brown
Facade with a high-quality thermal insulation system – Caparoll type – Germany
Outdoor wool - Rockwool or similar
Uncovered terraces and balconies: concrete parapet, insulated with polystyrene, plated with anthracite grey bond tiles, and glass parapet
Cover – anthracite gray Bramac clay tile
Bramac is the largest manufacturer of flat and sloped roofing systems in Europe. The traditional form perfectly fits the architecture
Schüco joinery: PVC dark grey PVC with thermal insulation glass.

Ceilings: washable paint (white) – of your choice.
Terraces: fitted with concrete parapet, coated with anthracite grey bond tiles and glass parapet, anti-slip sandstone floor.
